Using Next.js, Python, LiveKit, and OpenAI’s real-time voice API, the platform conducts and analyzes voice interviews instantly, providing companies with AI-powered scoring and actionable insights. By eliminating manual screening and reducing hiring bias, TalentSprout enables recruiters to assess candidates more efficiently, helping them make faster and more data-driven hiring decisions. Deployed on Vercel, TalentSprout is built to scale, making AI-driven interviews accessible for companies of all sizes.

TalentSprout leverages OpenAI’s real-time voice API to conduct automated candidate screenings. The AI agent asks pre-set interview questions, transcribes responses in real time, and generates automated candidate fit scores, streamlining the hiring process.
To ensure smooth voice processing and live interaction, I implemented LiveKit for audio streaming and WebRTC-based communication. The backend analyzes voice responses for sentiment, clarity, and relevance, delivering structured interview summaries.
Scalable SaaS Architecture
TalentSprout’s backend is built with Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL, deployed on Vercel for rapid scaling. The system supports real-time AI processing using serverless functions, ensuring minimal latency when analyzing responses.
The platform’s Next.js frontend provides a seamless user experience, allowing recruiters to manage interviews, review insights, and export AI-generated reports. Secure authentication and role-based access controls (RBAC) were implemented to protect sensitive hiring data.
